 | Tangerine (Age: 5, Weight: 45-50lb, Sex: female, Breed: Shep-Chow mix) We're not color blind, and there must be a story behind the name....we've got our best investigators (spin doctors) at work on it! Questover pooch! Got full blood panel which was good, x-rays, dental, and ears flushed out! Click thumbprint to see her great full boody shot! |  | Meg (Age: 5 yrs, Weight: 9lb, Sex: female, Breed: chihuahua, pure) First of the Little Women from Baldwin Park shelter to become available for adoption...though not the first to actually be adopted (it's not a riddle.) She's gonna want a calm adult home. Be patient with her; she'd like another K-9 pal cuz they can interact w/ one another in ways they never can with us. Don't those little ears look like propellers? Any Little Women who wanna sponsor this one? She'd sure love it!! ...and she got 'em - Rookie Uhler and her wonderful family! |  | Boots (Age: 10 yrs, Weight: 30lb, Sex: female, Breed: beagle mix) Adopted from us several years ago - her Dad had to go live with his daughter out of state - so Boots came back to us. She's an excellent dog - everything you'd want in a great pal. Click on thumbprint to see her strolling - quite an elegant lady! |  | Teddy (Age: 1 yr, Weight: 40lb, Sex: male, Breed: lab x) Believe it or not - his mom is a red dachshund mix...pretty darned sure dad is a lab! This is his full size and his brothers are Bo, Linus and sis Ebony. He's gonna want an active family and would love to have a k-9 pal, too. Please send him to school cuz he's smart - just needs some guidance.... |  | Bagel (Age: 9 yrs, Weight: 50lb, Sex: male, Breed: lemon beagle) He's a big bagel - who does not have low thyroid. He's been eating l-l/2 c low cal food for a year. His first day at B&B we saw he and little Murphy play, twist, turn and run - what fun! Maybe this is the trick for him - a little brother. House and leash trained; kind to a fault. Come check him out! |  | Ltl J (Age: 8 mo, Weight: 7lb, Sex: male, Breed: chi) Son of Josette. They sure look alike - don't know where he got his corkscrew tail. Sole survivor of all her pups. Oops, no he's not been adopted...my mistake. He and his mom would sure make a nice pair of family pals! He has turned into such a cuddle bug! Great little guy!! Oh, so curly a tail!! |  | Allie (Age: 5 yrs, Weight: 25lb, Sex: female, Breed: beagle) Beautiful girl - inside and out! Sadly, hit by a car in Tehachapi. Bakersfield was so great to send her to a private vet who took good care of her until we could snag her. Both front legs were "degloved" - our vet was able to graft and stretch skin to patch up one let, so there's just one that is still bandaged with two large open wounds. This is a very slow healing process and would go quicker if she could find herself a foster home with no dust or flies to get in the would - and leave the bandage off. Sun and air are good healers....Wonderful disposition! Got her sponsor! Unusual and beautiful coloring. He's one of the more social of the group - very nice guy; just recently neutered, but you wouldn't know it from his gentlemanly behavior! | 
I've been adopted! | Lilly Lemonade (Age: 6 mo, Weight: 16lb, Sex: female, Breed: lemon beagle) Sooo loving and sweet - great kisser! Loves to ride in the car. Really likes to lay next to you w/ her head on your leg. Great on her walks - just an excellent little girl! She'll fill out some, but won't be over 25# WOW us with your excellent emailed application to get an audience with this princess! |  | Baseman (Age: -, Weight: -lb, Sex: -, Breed: -) Same dog as Olde Guy! and he got his home!!!!! This was his pix shortly after he arrived - Old Guy photo was after he'd been with us a month or so.... |
