 | Candy (Age: 4-5 yrs, Weight: 16lb, Sex: female, Breed: chihuahua/doxie) What a wonderful little gal - big round eyes and stick up ears - low to the ground and long body...she's a great little lap pal and loves everyone - people of all ages, other dogs and kitties. We think she'd like a calm adult home the best, but she's been great around kids in her foster home. |  | Mango (Age: 8, Weight: 50lb, Sex: male, Breed: lab x?) Sorry you can't see his great ears - mild mannered, very easy going guy - from Betsy's original Questover pooches - he's one of the few left - along w/ Big Red, Tangerine, Sweetness, Lady-o....very easy to be around this great guy.... |  | Sharon (Age: 5-7 yrs, Weight: 54lb, Sex: female, Breed: Shep X) Very easy going girl - just a nice ole family dog. One of our workers found her wondering the streets - no one claimed her and she's hangin' in the Piso Rojo with some of our favorites. You'll have to ask for her by name cuz she's not really on the adoption floor. Very similar to Sophie - whose new Mom says she's The Best!! Come check out this lovely lady - housetrained, eager to please and great pal! Will do her very best as your one and only cuz she likes to be the boss - or with a confident male dog who knows how to submit to an alpha female.... | 
I've been adopted! | Pilgrim (Age: 8 mo, Weight: 18lb, Sex: male, Breed: beagle, pure) So handsome! He is just about the sweetest thing ever! We want to put a little more meat on his ribs and will get him neutered before he heads out. He is very gentle, loving and great with all ages of people and dogs. We simply adore him!! Isn't that the face of LOVE? Got his own boys! That's my arm he's resting his little head on.... |  | Louisa May (Age: 4 yrs, Weight: 11lb, Sex: female, Breed: chihuahua, pure) Shy with people - fine with other dogs. Her best friends are Mollee and Bub. We'd really love her to be rehomed with one or both! She'll want someone experienced in allowing mistrusting pooches to warm up to humans. Good for her to have a k-9 pal also. She is part of the great chihuahua rescue a few years ago...only other one left of the Little Women is Meg...and she's now one of my bunk buddies! |  | Baxter (Age: 7 yrs, Weight: 30lb, Sex: male, Breed: beagle) Came to us from risky situation at shelter. He's got a bump on his ear and we'll get it removed for cosmetic reasons. It is not adversely affecting his health or causing him distress. Nice guy! | 
I've been adopted! | Fraulein (Age: 1 yr, Weight: 60lb, Sex: female, Breed: rottweiler, pure) Beautiful girl who has a very nice personality. We have grown very fond of this breed and enjoy having one or two with our hound packs! She is a real love - walks very easily on the lead - no wonder she has wormed her way right into our hearts very quickly....come visit soon as you can! Now named Shalom because of her tremendous peacemaking skills and extraordinary spirit, she is one of four happy doggie residents at Sisters of the Good Shepherd. We are so grateful that God sent the Sisters to us for Shalom. You'll be hearing more about this blissful adoption for a long time - photos coming +++ The Sisters run a sanctuary and year long program for victims of domestic violence with a tremendous success rate - supported by private funds only...no government input or Catholic church contribution. Our meeting these wonderful women, the tour of their facilities, continued communication and excitement of future adoptions has been one of highlights of the last 15 years! Came from shelter with Long Shot - though we don't think they're related. Good family pal! |  | Long Shot (Age: 10 yrs, Weight: 20lb, Sex: male, Breed: beagle) He's just a little guy! Always gonna look like a puppy - we'd like to see him and Good Time Charley go out together! Not grumpy old men at all! Come visit soon as you can! Hadn't had his bath when this pix was taken - got the dust hosed off and he shined up real nice! Everybody loves this little fella! |  | Nouget (Age: 4-5 yrs, Weight: 10lb, Sex: male, Breed: pug) Adorable little fawn guy - BFF with Porkey, Cool Whip, Simon P and the other little push faces. So easy going - great to hang with him, he likes all the same movies you do...same music....it's uncanny! |
